The layout contains a good design with several features such as a trendy subnav, styled blockquotes, and rollover/on states for the nav. The header logo graphic is not contained in the HTML document. However, the .PSD has been included in the .ZIP and can be easily altered using a graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop.
CSS Web Layouts maximize functionality in hopes to provide for easier maintenance in the future. The use of standards compliant code allows web sites to be small in size, have fast loading times, and work cross-browser. It is without a doubt that the future of web design production lies in CSS web layouts.

CSS is a simple code, with syntax similar to other languages, which controls the visual appearance of a web page without compromising its structure. Using CSS we can contro every aspect of web design includingl our font size, font color, link color and many other attributes on our web page. Whether you want to style a list item, header, or block quote, style sheets make it easy. Also, you can create your own CSS web layouts that are easily syndicated. This will make our HTML code much more readable and the page size will be reduced.
If you don't use CSS on your web pages and you have many tables and content on them, chances are that your HTML file size will be quite big. People do not want to wait more than 6 seconds for any page to load, so using old coding styles is definitely limiting your web site.
